So I have this love/hate relationship with cooking. I love cooking more than I hate it because it gives me the power to put what I WANT in the food. I try to eat healthy as much as possible, but sometimes cutting veggies is time consuming. So today, I felt like making the meal I emade when I first started cooking. This is something my mom used to cook a long, long, time ago and when I was younger I picked it up and started making it for myself.
