Wherever you are in the world this delicious treat can be eaten for breakfast or for a snack. Breakfast is always the first thing on my mind when I wake up in the morning. I like to change it up because I easily get bored with eating the same breakfast every morning. Therefore, I made a quick breakfast cup with Kefir, fruit, granola, and chia seeds.

- Blueberry Kefir (yogurt) Lifeway Brand
- Granola (cereal form or granola bar)
- Handful of blueberries, strawberries, acai, and blackberries
- Chia Seeds
- Almond pieces
